Epoxy Mortars can be used to create Falls to Drains or to Change Existing Levels to a Substrate.  The advantage of using an Epoxy Mortar, is that it can be applied at very Minimal Thicknesses, compared to Cementitious Based Products.

This is of Most Importance, when there are limits to the thickness that topping can be applied. Epoxy Mortars can be Screeded to achieve many Variances.

When installing New Drains or Resetting Existing Drains, it is Imperative to set the Drain/s at the Correct Height/Level, otherwise the Issues and Costs involved in Rectification, can be Extremely Expensive.

Once the Epoxy Screed has been laid, the Intended Flooring System is then applied.
