The use of an Epoxy Mortar to create falls to drains or to change existing levels to the substrate is the advantage of being able to apply the Epoxy Mortar at minimal thicknesses, compared to cementitious based products.
This is of most importance, when there are limits to the thickness that topping can be applied. Epoxy Mortars can be screeded to achieve many variances.
When installing new drains or resetting existing drains it is imperative to set the drain at the correct height/level, otherwise the issues and cost related in rectification can be extremely expensive.
These issues, can be and should be prevented by speaking to Clifford Flooring prior to commencing any work.
Once the Epoxy Screed has been layed, the intended Flooring System is applied over the top to achieve the Surface Finish, which is required.
